4. Your school network security or firewall might be blocking connections to KnoPro. This is sometimes the case with some school networks that block access to outside resources for security reasons. You can click here to test if there are any problems. If the test finds connection problems to KnoPro, please ask your teacher and school IT administrator to check your firewall settings to make sure that access to our domain “knopro.org”, all its sub-domains, YouTube, and h5p.com are allowed on your network.
